on the plane now from michigan back to la. it feels like i just arrived yesterday and i had to wait for my flight to san jose.

i bought the tix when i know the ex boyfriend got a new girl, i’d be lying if i said that didn’t hurt. but let go of the thing you can’t change :) i’ve been looking for companion as well, but hey new york is not sydney where i can just ask anybody to come with me.

few did ask, isn’t it awkward to travel alone? well i have friends and relatives here and there so i said i’m gonna be okay. in the end, this is a great trip :) there are few times i wanna be home, esp when i wasn’t feeling well in ny, but the show must go on :) happiness is when you find peace within yourself, i guess :)

before the trip, i was worried a lot. how about altitude, how about work, how about things, i’ll be away for 4 weeks. i still can’t believe mads let me take 4 weeks off, there’s a reason why i asked on friday afternoon hehe and now, 4 weeks is perfect. again, human is a creature of habit, i am a creature of habit :) i’m actually looking forward to be back on the train to central and take my walk to brisbane sq.

no more curiosity of what it feels traveling alone. no more what ifs about new york, it is where dreams were made of :) the streets will make you feel brand new and the lights will inspire you :)

quarter of the century now, well i’d like to settle down after this. a house maybe, or a europe trip next year? we’ll see ;)

still at orlando now, but leaving for dc in 6hrs. this part has to be one of the most tiring ones, but ticked all the boxes: nasa, universal and disneyworld.
at magic kingdom fireworks tonight, it hit me when i heard ‘have a dream and make it comes true. believe in yourself and let the magic happens’.
i don’t know what kind of magic brings me here, but so grateful for this trip. getting closer and closer to nyc :)

been here for 3 days, this means last day at san jose and heading to seattle tomorrow.

it’s really the simplest thing that amused me so far; that driving seat is on the left and driving on the right lane, gallons instead of litres, miles instead of kms, inches instead of cms, lbs instead of kgs, shades instead of sunnies and mcd instead of maccas :D

really enjoying the trip so far, hopefully it stays or even better!
